Graphic designing (gfx designing) is considered to be the fine art of the modern era.

With the increased manufacturing of products and new businesses, the art of graphic design

will always be in high demand. The term graphic designing is traditionally meant as static

printed media, such as books, brochures, CD covers, magazines, etc. Since the invention of

computers, graphic designing is more involved in electronic media, web design, signature

designing, and advertising.
One of the most popular graphic designing among teenagers or beginners tends to be signature designing (aka sig designing). On forums, at the end of each post, a space is left for what ever is desired, which many users tend to include a signature. Signatures are, mostly rectangular, designs that reflect the user's personality. The styles for a signatures include: grunge, abstract, technical, pixelated, 3-dimensional, fractal, and collage. The average signature mainly consists of a designed background, stock, and typography – all upon the client's request.
Graphic designing involves a creative mind. Both brainstorming and sketching are needed to make a decent product. Most graphic designers tend to sketch their design before actually attempting a final design. Aside from brainstorming and sketching, proper software is needed to become successful in the graphic designing world. The most widely used software for professionals is Adobe Photoshop. (Preferably 7.0, CS, or CS2) This product comes with Adobe Imageready, which gives the ability to add animated effects. Adobe Illustrator is widely known in the graphic designing world for vectoring images, which is using geometrical shapes to produce images in computer graphics.
